Nubra Valley is a beautiful valley located in Ladakh. It is a cold desert. It however has a river tributary flowing through it which makes the place even more beautiful. The place has rides on bactrian camels which is a speciality of this region. Diskit monastery is a monastery located close to the desert area. It is a very old and famous monastery. The Shyok river flows through Diskit.
All in all, its a wonderful place to visit during the months of May to September.
